Contest Name: Fancy K “Make It Rain” Remix Contest

Original Artist: Fancy K

Organizer/Label: Luxuriate Lounge LLC

Submission Deadline: July 15th, 2026

1. Eligibility

This Contest is open worldwide to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Luxuriate Lounge LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on March 12th, 2026 and ends on July 15th, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received before the Submission Deadline to be eligible.

3. Stems License & Usage Restrictions

By downloading the audio stems (the "Stems") provided for this Contest, you agree to the following terms:

• Limited License: The Organizer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license solely to use the Stems to create a remix for submission to this Contest.

• No Commercial Use: You may NOT sell, distribute, or monetize the remix on any digital streaming platform (including Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, Amazon, etc.).

• Permitted Sharing: You may upload your remix to Soundcloud or YouTube solely for promotional purposes related to this Contest, provided that monetization is strictly turned OFF and you clearly credit the original artist: "Fancy K - Make It Rain ([Your Name] Remix)". Links to Fancy K should be provided in the description of SoundCloud and YouTube.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

This is a standard industry requirement to ensure the label can officially release the winning track:

• Original Rights: The Organizer and/or Original Artist retains all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the original track and the Stems.

• Remix Rights: By submitting a remix, you agree that if your remix is selected as a winner, you will assign all copyright and ownership rights of the remix to the Organizer for official release, in exchange for the prize(s) listed below and standard remixer royalty agreements (if applicable).

• Clearance: Your remix must not contain any uncleared, copyrighted samples (e.g., vocals from movies, uncleared loops from other songs). Royalty-free samples (like Splice) are permitted.

5. Submission Guidelines

• Entries must be submitted via the form at https://www.thefancyk.com/make-it-rain-remix-contest.

• Files must be in in WAV format.

• Limit one (1) submission per artist.

• Usage of any artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.

6. Judging & Selection

Winners will be selected by Fancy K and team based on the following criteria:

1. Originality and creativity (50%)

2. Production quality and technical skill (30%)

3. Fit with the Fancy K brand/sound (20%)

Odds of winning depend on the artistic merit of entry judged by subjective criteria.

The Organizer's decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified via email on or around July 15th, 2026.

7. Prizes

• Grand Prize: $500

• Second Place: $300

• Third Place: $200

• Fourth Place: $100

• Fifth Place: $50

Prizes are non-transferable. All winners will be released on Luxuriate Lounge, part of a social media marketing package and receive a hardware master of their track. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions, uses bots to inflate votes/plays, or acts in an unsportsmanlike manner. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Contest.

By downloading the Stems and submitting a remix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
